Looking at Writer's Digest Short Short Story contest. Deadline on the 17th. Hmm. I reworked one of my stories into the 1500 word count maximum. It just feels very short. I suppose that's the point, though.
Thinking about expanding another for their regular short story contest in the spring. Seems funny that I only get 2000 words if it's a true story, but 4000 if it's fiction. How do they know if it's true of not? :)
Worth a shot, I guess.
